I downloaded it and tried it out. Works like a charm on my 64 bit Win 7.
The author claimed it also works with 32 bit XP but with a few reservations.

I use Norton 360, which threw a hissy fit when I downloaded it. Tossed the file god knows where. I had to disable and tie down Norton with duct tape and then download the codec.
I really like the way it seemlessly became part of Windows Photo Viewer.
Camera RAW in CS5 is amazing but you can spend hours and hours tweeking a picture and for that reason I don't really like it.
DXO does the job automatically and does it on an entire folder, so you give it a job and then go to a movie or whatever.
DXO offers a free trial version

The pkg costs around $100.00 and is worth every penny because it does a lot more than just spiffy up a raw image.
If you have not done so, check it out.
